Fabrication Lead 3rd Shift - Unlimited Growth Potential

As a Fabrication Lead for the 3rd shift (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Lead), you will oversee and coordinate the operations of a fabrication department within a manufacturing facility. Your responsibilities will include supervising a team of fabricators, ensuring production schedules are met, maintaining quality standards, and following safety protocols. You will also assist in training new employees, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing process improvements to optimize productivity and efficiency.

• High School Diploma or General Education Equivalent Diploma preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of system software (i.e. Oracle, MES, True View) to look up parts and drawings.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs using proper lifting techniques.
• 3 years of Powder Paint experience preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of Engineering Change orders.
• Ability to read and understand spec sheets and follow proper use of hardware by spec requirements.
• Knowledge of mechanical drawings and designs.
• Ability to complete complex engineering changes.
• Ability to adapt to new ideas, technology, processes or product changes.
• Ability to learn and adhere to all manufacturing policies and practices to ensure adherence to ISO requirements.
