Job Description - Fabrication Welder

Fabrication Welder (temporary 2-3 Months)
Start: ASAP
Location: Houston, TX 77073
Shift: M-F 7am-5pm with availability for nights and weekends as needed
Pay: $25-$30/ hour DOE

Requirements:

Familiarity with common welding tools and procedures, including MIG welding TIG welding, metal fabricating, grinding, and finishing metals.
Read and interpret blueprints.
Have knowledge of common welding symbols.
Follow blueprints to ensure exact specifications of output.
Test output to ensure strength and tolerance of welds.
Design and produce parts.
Follow safety procedures.
Ability to stand, crouch, and occasionally lift heavy equipment.
Must pass background check and drug screening.
