What would you do working in this role?

• Assist in fabrication and installation of sheet metal fittings
• Work with Journeymen to construct fabrications from customer drawings (involves custom fabricated items)
• Cutting, measuring, assembling, insulating
• Assist with building maintenance (sweeping, shop clean up, organizing shop, etc.)
• Grinding
• Loading/unloading vehicles
• Train in the shop fabrication process
• Maintain a Lean working environment

What do you need to know? 

• Have strong math and reading comprehension 
• Be self-motivated and self-accountable 
• Great attendance and strong work ethic
