Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare IT Developer with strong expertise in Facets (Membership, Billing, Claims), Oracle, .NET, AWS Glue, and Angular. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions within the healthcare domain, transforming business requirements into scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have consulting experience, strong SQL programming skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions while ensuring compliance, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Create solutions based on the customer needs and review solutions with client business and IT teams;
• Perform analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of quality custom solutions within the software development life cycle in Healthcare domain.
• Design and develop moderate to complex software applications to meet the customers’ business needs.
• Validation and gaining approval of technical and business requirements to ensure both feasibility and completeness of solutions.
• Estimate work efforts, delivery time lines, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully complete software development activities.
• Develop software development project plans incorporating all possible project variables.
• Conduct periodic status checks with the development team to assess progress against plan and communicate progress to supervisors as necessary.
• Work to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner and escalate as appropriate.

Must Have Skills

Strong experience in Healthcare Domain.
Strong experience on Facets Product – Membership, Billing, Claims.
Strong hands on development experience on ORACLE, .Net. AWS Glue, Angular

Detailed Must Have Skills:
• Work experience in Healthcare IT industry.
• Experience in TriZetto products - Facets.
• Consulting and Customer facing experience.
• At least one of the following programming skill sets combinations –
o 2+ years’ experience in .Net or in SQL Programming. (Overall 10 years required)
o Strong SQL programming experience in Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server platform.
• Knowledge of object oriented design and development.
• Experience in writing and utilizing Webservice/APIs.
• Working experience in Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio.
• Experience in working on a mid-size project team.
• Ability to demonstrate an engaging, professional behavior while listening and communicating with SMEs on all levels.
• Adapts to changing business needs, conditions, and work responsibilities.
• Ability to maintain composure in highly stressful or adverse situations.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good communication skills.

Secondary Skills
• Facets- Provider, Commissions
• Experience in other TriZetto products including NetworX, Care Advance, Elements, and QNXT.
• Experience in TriZetto Hosting center architecture and processes.
• Programming experience in Python.
• Experience in Kafka.
• Azure DevOps experience. Creating pipelines.
