Key Responsibilities\n\nResponsible for the maintenance and operations of spaces and facilities\n\nAssist in the development of space plans to optimize space utilization while incorporating end-user requirements.\n\nGathering, organizing, analyzing, and understanding departmental space requirements. \n\nWorking with building occupant groups to achieve space solutions that meet departmental requirements within Facilities policy constraints\n\nPreparation of space plan drawings and updating and maintaining occupancy space plans\n\nScheduling and assisting departments with move preparation activities/ logistics\n\nResponsible for the execution and/ or analysis of multiple projects of high complexity\n\nOther Requirements: This position may require standing for extended periods of time, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, lifting, the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, and the use of hand and power tools.\n\nAdditionally, because this position also may involve working in a clean room, the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields may be required.\n\nFunctional Knowledge\n\n * Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field \n\n\n\nBusiness Expertise\n\n * Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services\n\n\n\nLeadership\n\n * May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity\n\n\n\nProblem Solving\n\n * Leads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions\n\n\n\nImpact\n\n * Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives; work is guided by functional policies\n\n\n\nInterpersonal Skills\n\n * Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n7 - 10 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\n10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nNo\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nNo\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nEmployee Referral (Standard)\n\nU.S. Salary Range:\n\n$116,000.00 - $159,500.00\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
