Job Description
We are seeking a results-oriented professional who can provide world class support for employees, buildings, and equipment for Primary Arms. As a Facilities Associate, you will ensure the company is able to function effectively in its day-to-day operations through routine cleaning and cultivation of a safe and sanitary work environment. Ideal candidates must be able to self-motivate, work under minimal supervision, and complete professional development that leads to promotion.

This is a full-time position with predominately daytime, weekday hours. Occasional non-standard shifts may be required before or after federal holidays.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Performs general cleaning and maintains standards throughout the day
• Disinfects shared items such as workstations, tables, and countertops
• Completes daily checklists to track task completion
• Supports employee amenities by preparing coffee and restocking free drinks
• Empties trash and recycling bins
• Sweeps, mops, and vacuums floors as needed
• Responds to health and safety hazards (spills, leaks, etc.)
• Notifies management of repairs needed for facilities or equipment
• Completes daily tasks with minimal supervision
• Work with contract cleaning services when necessary

 Skills and Qualifications:

• One year of prior experience (or) two years of related experience
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds
• Attention to detail
• Time management
• Cross-cultural agility
• Verbal communication
