The Facilities Cleaner/ Driver is responsible for maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of our offices,
outdoor spaces and multiple residential houses. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable with transporting our clients to and from various locations as needed. This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a professional and supportive environment for both staff and clients.
Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Transport clients utilizing company vehicles (as needed)
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Make adjustments and minor repairs
Stock and maintain supply rooms
Cooperate with the rest of the staff
Follow all health and safety regulations
Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and wiping surfaces.
Cleaning and disinfecting lavatories, toilets, and restocking supplies like toilet paper and soap.
Emptying trash receptacles and ensuring proper disposal of waste and recyclables.
Keeping track of cleaning supplies and reporting shortages.
Ensuring cleaning equipment is in good working order and reporting any malfunctions.
Addressing inquiries from visitors and ensuring a positive experience.
Work professionally with staff, contractors, and residents across multiple properties.
Follow all company policies and procedures related to maintenance, repairs, and property management.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proven working experience as a Cleaner
Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner and be able to prioritize important work
Ability to communicate any issues to upper management while also being able to work with other staff members to get a particular job completed
Ability to juggle a variety of tasks and requests at one time.
Valid drivers license in good standing
Ability to pass a drug test required for operating the vehicles.
