Facilities Coordinator

Facilities Coordinator / Coordination Services – Support Facilities Team with oversight of soft services contracts (pest control, janitorial, housekeeping, landscaping, etc.) and field activities/project work as required. As part of maintenance support services, it is expected to provide coordination for corrective and emergency work activities planning and scheduling activities to ensure proper level of planned work orders and critical activities are met. o Field oversight of maintenance works for craftsman; electrician, contractors; etc. o Develop schedules for work within their scope. o Maintain complete and accurate records/plans within CMMS system. o Develop performance metrics in a weekly basis for monitoring progress. o Contractor escorts. o Ensure compliance with weekly and long-term schedules. o Development of scope of works and proposal analysis, for preventive and corrective maintenance activities. o Coordination with Baxter Inc representatives on impacted areas. o Have interaction and participation in Process Team meetings for status discussion. o Ensure Quality and EHS requirements in work order planning and execution. o Support Baxter special events on field activities. o Collect and verify work orders categorized for GMP Areas, to ensure compliance with GMP guidelines. Submit them to GMP Library.
EDUCATION

AD in Technical Field 3-5 Years Experience in Facilities and a Regulated Environment
