We’re looking for a hands-on, highly organized Facilities Coordinator to take ownership of all things facilities across our properties—including our offices, sets, and company-owned housing. This role is critical in ensuring our spaces are clean, functional, and production-ready at all times. You’ll be responsible for maintenance, resets, and occasional remodel support across multiple locations.

This position will work closely with Operations, Production, and external vendors to make sure our spaces reflect the high standards of our content and company culture. You won’t be stuck behind a desk. This role is boots-on-the-ground and physically active, with lots of time spent walking properties, resetting spaces, and solving problems on the fly.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate regular inspections, repairs, and vendor relationships for all facilities.


• Ensure production sets are fully reset after each shoot, working closely with production leads to maintain set integrity.


• Oversee company housing readiness, ensuring rooms are reset and stocked between remote worker stays.


• Track and manage tools, inventory, and supplies.


• Serve as point-of-contact for building emergencies, access control, and security issues.


• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for facilities upkeep and cleanliness.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in facilities or property management OR 1-2 years of production assistance experience.   


• Excellent project management and organizational skills


• Comfortable getting hands-on and solving problems in real time


• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously


• Strong communication skills and vendor management experience


• Familiarity with safety standards, building systems, and maintenance tools


• A proactive, dependable, and flexible attitude
