Facilities Custodial Lead

The Facilities Custodial Lead will supervise in-house custodial cleaning crews’ activities at assigned location.  

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Supervise and assign day to day activities for custodial crews.


• Perform training, scheduling, cleaning, daily checkups on or with custodial staff. Assist in the hiring process for custodians.   


• Train and encourage Warren Equipment Companies culture of safety.   


• Work with supply venders to order cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment.


• Perform any special projects assigned by Facilities Superintendent. 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED: 

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one month of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 


• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.   


• This position requires a pro-active, problem-solving individual who is able to manage a varied workload with constantly changing priorities. 


• Individual must be detail oriented, well organized and able to work effectively under pressure. 


• Must have excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.   


• Must have excellent interpersonal skills by demonstrating the ability to develop and maintain positive rapport with a diverse employee/customer population.

The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
