Facilities Custodian

Rise Modular is a leading modular manufacturing company. We're hiring a Facilities Custodian to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our manufacturing facility. This is a crucial role that helps support our employees and ensures smooth operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Cleaning & Upkeep: You'll be responsible for daily cleaning tasks like sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming offices, restrooms, break rooms, and production areas. This also includes sanitizing restrooms, emptying trash, and keeping outdoor areas tidy.

• Minor Maintenance: You'll handle small repairs such as changing light bulbs or unclogging drains, and report any larger maintenance or safety concerns to the Facilities Manager.

• Supply Management: You'll help keep track of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying us when it's time to reorder.

• Safety & Teamwork: Adhering to safety protocols is key, and you'll work closely with other team members to get tasks done efficiently.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

• Prior custodial or maintenance experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting.

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment.

• The ability to operate cleaning equipment (vacuums, scrubbers).

• A strong eye for detail and good organizational skills.

• The physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $20 - $22/ per hour
