Facilities Director

The Facilities Director is responsible for the physical health, cleanliness, maintenance,

appearance, and functionality of the restaurant and its surrounding property. This

role ensures that the restaurant is a place where Team Members can work safely

and efficiently and guests can experience a clean, welcoming, and

well-maintained environment. The Facilities Director owns preventative

maintenance, equipment and building repairs (including scheduling and executing

3rd Party vendors visits), cleanliness systems, exterior appearance,

and the long-term stewardship of the restaurant’s physical assets.

This role is also expected to remain connected to restaurant operations by serving alongside

the team during peak periods.

Work schedule

• 10 hour shift
