Job Description - Facilities Engineer

We work with an extraordinary group of professionals (employees and contractors) to accomplish the requirements established by our customers, to perform and provide a highly effective service.

The Facilities Engineer will support operations in a Medical Devices manufacturing environment and is expected to perform the following activities and demonstrate the following qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred).
3–5 years of experience in facilities and utilities preventive maintenance programs.
Experience in Medical Device and/or Pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of SAP Maintenance systems.
Experience in cleanroom environments and critical utilities (HVAC, USP Water, Compressed Air, Oxygen/Nitrogen).
Experience with equipment and process validation (HVAC, compressed air, chillers).
Experience with PFMEA and CAPA.
Ability to generate and execute validation documentation and protocols (URS, FRS, SDS, FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ).
Strong technical writing, project management, and supervisory skills.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.

*Please note that this is a long-term position and requires 100% on-site presence in Añasco, Puerto Rico.*
