In this role, we are looking for 1-2 years of janitorial experience. As a Facilities Janitor, you will maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our grounds, amenities, building exteriors, offices, break rooms, cafeteria, parking lots, and entire warehouse. What you will do:

• Clean and sanitize offices, break rooms, cafeterias, and restrooms.
• Maintain the cleanliness of all building exteriors, including entrances, sidewalks, and parking lots.
• Perform routine inspections and cleaning of warehouse areas, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
• Monitor and maintain supplies and equipment necessary for daily cleaning tasks.
• Assist with moving and arranging furniture and equipment as needed.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and cleanliness.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of janitorial or related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Knowledge of safety practices and the ability to follow safety guidelines.
• ·Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Primarily indoor work with some outdoor tasks.
• Standing, walking, and bending required for most of the workday.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and materials.
