Job Description

Unbridled is looking for an experienced Facilities Lead Supervisor with a positive attitude to join our team. This person would be responsible for building maintenance and oversight, landscaping, and general repairs. The ideal candidate will have applicable experience and the ability to manage budgets and invoices, and must be a self-motivated, independent thinker who is able to meet deadlines and complete a variety of projects without constant supervision. We are looking for a person who considers themselves a “jack of all trades,” who is willing to get their hands dirty, interact professionally with contractors and vendors, and has an accurate knowledge of the business behind buildings. 

Successful candidates will have the following: 

• General maintenance, construction, or grounds experience
• Experience with various tools (hand and power)
• Safety and customer service oriented
• Professional knowledge of tools and equipment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service
• Successful project and time management skills

What you would be doing at Unbridled: 

• Perform repairs and general maintenance at Grant Street and Josephine Mansions, including:
  • Preventative maintenance checks and services
  • Basic plumbing tasks
  • HVAC system maintenance and support
• Develop a systematic approach to the cleaning, repair and maintenance of the buildings, grounds equipment and related facilities
• Maintain an adequate inventory of materials and equipment used in the maintenance and repair of facilities
• Ensure facility and grounds are well maintained 
• Respond to building maintenance incidents and inquiries
• Serve as primary contact for facility related emergencies, which may require evening and weekend work
• Manage Facilities Technician
• Manage janitorial/cleaning crew
• Identify projects to be completed by outside contractors
• Secure and supervise contractors and vendors needed to provide facility maintenance
• Assure compliance with all local and state procedures for permitting and securing vendors and contractors
• Manage parking area for both buildings, including daily parking permit checks
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Keep safety policies and procedures updated and provide training to Facilities Technician
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and securely store equipment and supplies
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
