The Facilities Maintenance person is responsible for performing basic maintenance and repair tasks for the business and may assist other skilled workers with HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and general building and facility projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor building repairs and installing appliances and equipment as needed.


• Perform electrical maintenance including replacing light bulbs, ballasts, etc.


• Collaborate with vendors and other professionals during renovations and projects.


• Ensuring a safe and clean environment for guests

Qualifications

• 1-3 years previous experience in building maintenance required


• Strong organizational skills


• Ability to multi-task and work independently

Pay: $84,000 - $96,000 / year
