Facilities Maintenance

Gator Chrysler Dodge Jeep  is seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance professional to join our team in Melbourne, FL. This role is essential in ensuring that our dealership operates smoothly by maintaining the condition and functionality of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and a strong commitment to safety and upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.


• Identify and address maintenance issues proactively to prevent disruptions.


• Manage and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the facility, including grounds and parking areas.


• Coordinate with contractors and service providers as needed.


• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report issues to management.


• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.


• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.


• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently.


• Strong organizational and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.


• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
