Schedule:

8-hour shift: Day 7am-3:30pm 

Monday to Friday

Weekends Off!

 Responsibilities and Duties:

 Assist our Facilities Maintenance Technicians on projects and tasks. This includes but is not limited to:

· Repairing plumbing systems

· Assist our in-house electrician to perform electrical repairs.

· Perform general building cleaning and maintenance.

· Fixing company equipment or tools.

· Repair doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building.

· Clean and paint interior and exterior spaces.

· Maintain air conditioning and heating systems (certified HVAC technician will be called in where required).

· Remove and Install flooring.

· Projects such as construction, remodeling, general grounds maintenance.

· Help keep the buildings and grounds clean and organized.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Be able to lift and move 50 lbs. at minimum.

· Ability to safely use common power and hand tools

· Willingness to get down and dirty learning new skills

Education/ Experience:

· High school diploma or GED.

· Ability to work on their feet for up to 10-hour shifts.
