Facilities Maintenance/ Lot Steward

Pohanka Automotive Group is looking for a Facilities Maintenance and Lot Stewart to join our maintenance team. 

Job Duties

• Assist with the maintenance of the company facilities and lots to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.


• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of dealership lots, sidewalks, and common areas.


• Support the maintenance team with daily tasks and special projects as needed.


• Perform seasonal duties such as snow removal, leaf cleanup, and general property upkeep.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required – we are willing to train the right candidate.


• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.


• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, walking, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.


• Valid driver's license required
