What you’ll be doing
Keystone Management is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facility Maintenance Supervisor with extensive HVAC expertise to oversee facility maintenance operations within our aircraft hangars. This role will lead a team of up to 7 technicians, manage work orders, and ensure regulatory compliance while performing hands-on maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC systems and facility infrastructure. This position is in Boston, MA.

Logan International Airport
Shifts Available: 4am-12:30pm (Monday-Friday)
Salary: $47.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
HVAC & Technical Maintenance

Troubleshoot, repair, modify, and install HVAC components (e.g., compressors, condensers, air units, valves, thermostats, etc.)
Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems
Diagnose and resolve steam system and HVAC issues
Utilize Building Management Systems (BMS) to monitor and adjust HVAC settings
Maintain and repair facility equipment and physical structures

Work Order & Systems Management

Use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to log work orders, labor hours, parts used, and maintenance records

Team Leadership & Supervision

Supervise up to 7 maintenance technicians
Train and mentor new hires and team members
Act as the liaison between technicians and Facilities Manager
Order, schedule, and manage equipment deliveries and pickups
Conduct audits and quality assurance for safety and compliance
Monitor project progress to ensure timelines and standards are met

Safety & Compliance

Adhere to OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and PPE requirements
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Be available for emergency on-call support as needed

Qualifications
Required Certifications & Education

High School Diploma or GED
HVACR Certification – Required
Journeyman’s License – Required
CFC Certification – Required
Valid Drivers License - Required

Experience & Skills

Minimum 5 years of HVAC maintenance experience
Strong understanding of HVAC codes, blueprints, and technical schematics
Functional knowledge of steam systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops
Familiarity with safety standards and emergency protocols

Pass airport SIDA badge and driver’s test within 2 attempts
Successfully Pass Drug screening & background checks (Keystone, FAA, and airport security)
Valid driver’s license and successfully pass a motor vehicle check (MVR)

Salary Transparency Statement:
The pay range for this position is $47.00 per hour. The actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including experience, skills, certifications, and location. Keystone Management, LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity across all roles.
