Facilities Maintenance Technician

You’ll be the go-to technician for ensuring all our stores’ equipment runs — from HVAC systems and walk-in coolers/freezers to 240V fryers, ovens, plumbing, and electrical. You’ll troubleshoot, maintain, and make routine repairs, helping us keep operations smooth and costs down.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems. 
• Respond to maintenance requests at stores and perform preventive and emergency repairs. 
• Handle plumbing issues (sinks, toilets, drains). 
• Perform electrical maintenance up to necessary licensed limits; coordinate licensed contractors for code-required or high-risk work. 
• Maintain service records and communicate with leadership on recurring issues.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required). 
• Technical experience in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing. 
• EPA Section 608 certification. 
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. 
• Ability to lift up to ~50 lbs and work independently. 

Work schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
• Monday to Friday
