Job Description - Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: $25 to $35 per hour

Core Duties:

Reactive and Proactive service to 19 Jack in the Box Restaurants including but not limited to:

- HVAC/R , cooking equipment, plumbing, facility maintenance, floor tile repair/replacement, Sheetrock repair, painting, door repair, etc.

Qualifications:

-Must be a self-starter and can effectively work with limited supervision.

-Must be able to use a tablet, smart-phone and laptop. Must be able use CMMS software.

-Must have a valid drivers' license and a good driving record.

-Must have EPA certification or willing to obtain it soon after hired.

-Must be able to travel to Tennessee occasionally.

-Must be available for on-call on evenings, weekends and holidays.

-Previous QSR experience preferred but not required.
