Facilities Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Associate to help keep our dealership in top shape! This role is key to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both our customers and our team. At Capital Nissan, we work hard, support each other, and operate like one big family. If you’re detail-oriented, people-friendly, and ready for a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and no late nights, this may be the perfect fit for you!

What You’ll Do:

  Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of dealership facilities (showroom, offices, restrooms, service areas, and lot).

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with minor building repairs and basic maintenance tasks as needed.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain the grounds by removing trash, sweeping, and keeping walkways clear and safe.

  
  


• 
  

  Keep cleaning and maintenance supplies stocked and organized.

  
  


• 
  

  Support the team with setup for dealership events or special projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide a friendly, helpful presence when interacting with customers and coworkers.

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  Previous experience in janitorial, facilities, or maintenance work preferred (but not required – we’ll train the right person!).

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks regularly.

  
  


• 
  

  A positive, team-oriented attitude with great people skills – friendly, approachable, and helpful with customers.
