Internal: Reports to Director of Building Operations and Planning; Frequent contact with various Team Members throughout the organization.
External: Contact with vendors and contractors as needed.

Working Conditions
Traditional office environment with frequent travel required; the office maintains five day a week operation (Monday – Friday) with operational hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm (or upon manager agreed schedule of hours). Be available to work flexible hours on evenings and weekends as needed.
