Facilities Maintenance Technician 3

Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly; Based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Performs assigned tasks efficiently and in a professional workmanlike manner.  Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve maintenance problems that arise.  Provide preventative maintenance services in accordance with prescribed schedules and procedures.
• Ensures prompt corrective measures for all identified hazards.
• Ensures systems are functioning properly.
• Ensures adherence to the following Department standards.
• Participate in mandatory rotating maintenance on-call and snow removal.

• HS Diploma or equivalent with sufficient knowledge and experience to satisfactorily perform the responsibilities of the position.
