Facilities Maintenance Technician - Day Shift - $22-$27- Monthly Profit Share Bonus

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Follow all safety rules and LOTO procedures
•Check parts of inventory using MP2
•Perform special projects as requested
Framing and drywall
Advanced Electrical
▪Use multimeters to test for correct voltage, amp draw or continuity
Advanced Pluming
▪Use threader to cut and thread pipe for compressed air lines
Beginner level welding projects
Drop ceiling installation and repair
Door and window installation and repair
Flooring installation and repair
Concrete patch and repair
•Painting and pressure washing
•Replacing air and water filters
•Assist with Cathode shop Monthly rebuild
Competencies
•Dedicated employee with positive attitude
•Previous experience reading diagrams and blueprints
•Able to follow directions
•Able to handle responsibility and complete tasks
•Knowledge of how to use a forklift, scissor lift and boom lift
•Excellent time management skills
•Previous experience working with electrical wiring is a plus
•Previous experience in building maintenance is a plus
•Fabrication, carpentry, and plumbing skills are a plus
•Previous plumbing servicing is a plus
•Previous HVAC experience is a plus
•Proficient Painter
•Self-starter, driven, and motivated to want to learn and do more
