We are seeking a highly capable Facility Management Senior Consultant to support a major transformation initiative in the healthcare sector over a 1-year engagement. The ideal candidate will have 6–8+ years of experience in facility management, specifically within healthcare environments. The role involves policy and procedure development, maintenance contract analysis, benchmarking, standardization of facility contracts, and infrastructure gap assessments across a network of healthcare clusters.

  Support the creation of benchmarking studies against approved standards and contract models.

  Participate in the standardization of contract templates for maintenance, operations, and medical services across healthcare facilities.

  
  


• 
  

  Help define operational performance standards for various facility contract types.

  Design and use tools to collect data, assess the current state of healthcare facilities, and evaluate assets and infrastructure across 20 healthcare clusters.

  Prepare detailed reports that highlight current-state findings, infrastructure gaps, and recommendations for improvement.
