WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Facilities Manager actively oversees and engages in the daily technical operations and safety at the Panthera location. This individual plays a key role not only in managing from the front lines but also in working shoulder-to-shoulder with the team to ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Success in this role demands a strong working knowledge of facility operations and contract requirements, coupled with the ability to train, mentor, and guide a diverse team of facility maintenance, grounds maintenance, and custodial professionals. The Facilities Manager leads by example—conducting inspections, responding to issues in real-time, and directly contributing to service delivery when needed.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Taking a hands-on approach to managing daily technical operations in alignment with service contract goals.
• Supervising, supporting, and working alongside service teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Performing regular quality inspections and implementing proactive quality control measures.
• Maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Developing and reinforcing safety protocols across all operational areas.
• Providing mentorship and training to enhance team skillsets and customer service standards.
• Collaborating directly with customers to understand needs and deliver personalized solutions.
• Preparing detailed reports on operational metrics, service outcomes, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in the facilities maintenance industry, with expertise in HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Proven track record in quality inspections and managing quality control programs.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex issues.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in HVAC or related fields.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
