Bounty Club is a private club being built to set a new standard for golf and hospitality in the U.S. We’re creating a member-led culture with exceptional golf, thoughtful programming, and a service experience that feels personal, effortless, and consistent. We are seeking a Facilities Manager to steward our physical assets and ensure the property operates flawlessly day-to-day.

Summary:

The Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining, protecting, and improving all buildings, infrastructure, and utilities across the property. This is a hands-on role suited for someone with a building superintendent or chief engineer background who can personally handle everyday maintenance needs while managing qualified vendors for more complex systems.

This role requires an owner’s mindset — someone who treats the property as their own, anticipates issues before they arise, and balances high standards with cost discipline.

Job Specific Responsibilities and Duties:

• Day-to-day operation and upkeep of all facilities, including the clubhouse, maintenance buildings, roads, utilities, and future cottages


• Hands-on troubleshooting and routine maintenance across building systems and infrastructure


• Developing and executing a preventative maintenance program


• Managing vendors and contractors for specialized work and capital projects


• Tracking and enforcing construction warranties and service agreements


• Supporting leadership with lifecycle planning and capital recommendations


• Coordinating with agronomy and operations teams on shared facilities and infrastructure

What We’re Looking For

• Background as a building superintendent, chief engineer, or facilities lead


• Experience in private clubs, luxury hospitality, resorts, or complex properties


• Strong working knowledge of building systems, utilities, and site infrastructure


• Comfortable being hands-on while also managing outside vendors


• Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive


• Takes pride in stewardship, quality, and long-term asset care

Location & Schedule

• Based in the Nashville area with on-site presence expected.
