As the Facilities Manager, you will maintain the efficient and smooth operation of the physical workplaces.
What you’ll do in your role:
Lead day-to-day facilities operations across multiple locations, ensuring all systems, equipment, and infrastructure are fully operational
Develop and manage a preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime and extend asset life
Oversee maintenance of HVAC, refrigeration systems, electrical, plumbing, and warehouse equipment
Manage and prioritize work order systems, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution
Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and contractors, including sourcing, scheduling, and performance oversight
Ensure full compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, inspections, and building codes
Support capital projects, renovations, and facility improvements, including permits and contractor coordination
Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies to support uninterrupted operations
Develop, coach, and lead a high-performing facilities team, setting clear expectations and accountability
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Transportation, and Leadership to proactively address facility needs
Support emergency response efforts, including after-hours issues when needed

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:
5–7 years of facilities, maintenance, or building operations experience (industrial or warehouse environment preferred)
2–4 years of experience leading or supervising a team
Strong understanding of blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics; ability to perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment
Experience maintaining flexibility and the highest level of service in high-pressure and/or stressful situations
Working knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
Experience with preventive maintenance programs and work order systems
Experience managing vendors, contractors, and external service providers
Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements (OSHA experience preferred)
Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and exposure to typical maintenance materials
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Black Seal boiler operator license (Preferred)
OHSA certification (Preferred)
Welding knowledge (Preferred)
The salary range for this position is $89,605-$121,231. The final rate may be influenced by factors such as the position's scope and responsibilities, work experience, training, job-related skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
