We are seeking a highly experienced Facilities Manager to lead a comprehensive healthcare facilities management initiative over a 1-year engagement. The role requires 12+ years of experience in facility management, specifically within the healthcare sector, with a deep understanding of maintenance contracts, infrastructure assessment, and policy development. The selected candidate will oversee the development of standardized facility management policies, analyze maintenance contracts across a large network, and support infrastructure and asset evaluations across 20 healthcare clusters.

Key Requirements

  Conduct technical, financial, and legal analysis of approximately 500 maintenance contracts.

  Prepare benchmarking studies and evaluate best practices against approved standards and contract models.

  Design and standardize contract templates for various healthcare facilities (operations, maintenance, medical equipment).

  Define operational performance criteria for different types of maintenance and O&M contracts.

  Create tools and templates for data collection across healthcare facilities and infrastructure assets.

  Lead on-site data collection and analysis for 20 healthcare clusters, focusing on assets, facility conditions, and infrastructure status.
