Having Marine Logisitic experience a plus 

Assists in developing & monitoring assigned department budget and risk management efforts directly supporting  infrastructure goals and projects. 

Works closely with the Facility Officer to prioritize tasks. Can include tasks associated with receiving, distributing, or shipping of materials as well as property management and barcoding. Coordinate, support and lead projects, tasks and emergencies both on and off-site. Provides technical assistance in engineering and scientific research, development, testing and related activities. Accurately completes paperwork or system transactions applicable to function, such as documentation of material movement (i.e., Receipt, Shop Order, and Packing Lists). Ability to organize, plan & schedule work with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Have a bachelor’s degree with five years’ experience in management/supervision, or associates degree and at least 10 years’ experience in management/supervision.

Must be knowledgeable of computerized management scheduling and maintenance management software. Specialized experience in government and industrial security and facilities administration, including experience in team lead capacity. .

Must possess strategic planning skills and have a thorough understanding of internal & external compliance policies.
