Facilities Mechanical Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
• Minimum of two years of relevant service-related experience
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Physical ability to perform technical tasks, including climbing stairs/ladders
• Knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, medical gas, electrical distribution, and utility systems
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as NFPA, JCAHO
