Facilities Night Manager

Join City Wide Facility Solutions as a Night Manager and lead the charge in maintaining exceptional cleaning standards across diverse facilities!

In this role, you will oversee the performance and quality of our janitorial services during the night shift, developing relationships with our Independent Contractors (IC) and ensuring client satisfaction. Your ability to effectively manage and communicate will be crucial as you handle inspections, guide service crews, and promote a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise nightly cleaning operations to ensure compliance with safety standards and service level agreements.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to maintain high-quality service.
• Coordinate with staff and contractors to address any immediate issues and ensure seamless operations.
• Compile and submit detailed reports on maintenance activities and compliance metrics to management.
• Promote a positive work environment and provide training for new hires.
• Coordinate communication between day and night teams, acting as a liaison for any ongoing projects or issues.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with janitorial management software.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
