They oversee the startup and testing of new HVAC systems, ensuring proper installation and compliance with design specifications. Additionally, they develop start-up procedures, troubleshoot issues during commissioning, and provide technical support to ensure optimal performance. \n\nResponsibilities: \n\n * Ensure a safe work environment by completing all required safety training, following safety and environmental policies, and stopping work when unsafe conditions or behaviors are identified.\n\n * Develop, review, and maintain job-specific documentation\u2014including JHAs, PTPs, SOWs, SOOs, and related procedures\u2014to support safe and compliant operations.\n\n * Align with all applicable safety and environmental regulations, including the accurate use of PPE, lockout/tagout (CoHE), and chemical handling requirements, while promptly reporting EHS concerns.\n\n * Lead and support continuous improvement and quality initiatives to reduce operational impacts, increase efficiency, and drive cost savings across facilities and processes.\n\n * Review facility designs and standards to ensure alignment with manufacturer requirements, engineering best practices, and internal company guidelines.\n\n * Coordinate with Construction, SCADA, and cross\u2011functional teams to ensure accurate program information, technical alignment, and effective project execution.\n\n * Apply project management methodologies to develop, prioritize, and manage projects, ensuring delivery within defined scope, schedule, and budget.\n\n * Provide technical guidance and support to Operations, Maintenance, SCADA, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other teams, including interpretation of blueprints and construction documents, and participation in benchmarking and TPM activities.\n\n\n\n\nMinimum Requirements: \n\n * High school diploma or GED. \n\n * 3+ years of experience in an HVAC environment. \n\n * 3+ years in a supervisory or coordinating role in a facilities environment. \n\n\n\n\nPreferred Requirements: \n\n * Associate or bachelor\u0027s degree. \n\n * 5+ years of experience in a HVAC environment. \n\n * Journeyman HVAC license. \n\n * 3+ years in a supervisory or coordinating role in semiconductor manufacturing. \n\n * 3+ years of experience in instrumentation and controls \n\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nFacilities Coordinator 3\n\nRelocation Level: TBD\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
