Our employees are not only part of history, they\u0027re making history.\n\nThe Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a Facilities Planner Level 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is located on site in Melbourne, FL.\n\nEssential Functions:\n\nThe Facilities Planner Level 2 provides comprehensive support to the Facilities organization by procuring materials and supplies, delivering office administrative services, managing contractor badging, and consolidating performance data from planning, maintenance, and project\u2011management teams. The Facilities Planner ensures smooth day\u2011to\u2011day operations, maintains compliance with security and procurement policies, and supplies accurate metrics that drive continuous improvement across the facilities portfolio. \n\nRoles and responsibilities include:\n\n * Coordinate with IT and Security to issue, replace, and deactivate employee, visitor, and contractor badges in accordance with security policies. \n * Process purchase requisitions for office supplies, maintenance consumables, and small\u2011scale equipment. Ensure compliance with the organization\u2019s procurement procedures and maintain accurate purchase order records.\n * Collect key performance indicators (KPIs) from Planning, Maintenance, and Project Management teams. Consolidate data into standardized dashboards and monthly/quarter\u2011quarter reports.\n * Perform basic data validation, trend analysis, and highlight exceptions for leadership review. Support project kick\u2011offs and close\u2011outs by providing administrative logistics and documentation.\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications for the Facilities Planner Level 2:\n\n * Bachelor\u0027s Degree with 2 years of Facilities Planning, Construction or Facilities Management, or similar experience; OR a Master\u0027s degree; OR 5 years of stated experience in lieu of a degree.\n * Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.\n * Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\n * Clear communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across Facilities organization. \n\n\n\n \nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Self-Starter with the ability to foster client relationships. \n * Maximo Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience.\n * AutoCAD experience. \n * Experience working in a manufacturing facility.\n * Experience overseeing and managing workload tasks and operations.\n\n\n\nWe offer flexible work arrangements, phenomenal learning opportunities, exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers, and a very friendly team environment. We also offer exceptional benefits/healthcare, and a great 401K matching program.\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $98,300.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.\n\nThe application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
