Facilities Service Manager

Join The Classic Center's dynamic team as a Facilities Service Manager and play a key role in delivering world-class events! Be at the heart of the action as you ensure the safety, comfort, and operational excellence of our premier venue, while managing exciting behind-the-scenes details for all of our events.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the charge on utility installations (electrical, water, internet) for all events.


• Keep the venue running smoothly with daily HVAC programming and maintenance.


• Be hands-on with everything from building inspections to outdoor ice rink operations.


• Troubleshoot and perform equipment repairs, ensuring every event runs flawlessly.


• Work closely with the Operations team to meet the unique needs of every guest.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.


• Proven experience in building maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
