As a Facilities Specialist you will be responsible for the daily functioning of the bank’s facilities services, including matters related to physical security. You will be organizing the maintenance and improvement projects for the premises of the bank and its subsidiaries, helping us to shape our premises in accordance with the needs of our users.

What You Will Do: 

• Own facilities-related and transportation services processes and contracts (rent, maintenance, etc. other services)


• Provide employees with a contemporary and high-quality working environment, initiating necessary improvement projects


• Execute security and safety processes


• Lead workplace management process


• Be responsible for physical security matters within Luminor


• Cooperate with other units for development and execution of processes (HR, OPrisk, accounting, etc.)


• Be in charge of the fixed assets of the bank, keeping inventory of the assets


• Organize training to bank employees in matters relating to facilities, working environment & safety


• Assist bank’s employees with various support requests

What We Expect:  

• 3-5 years experience in Facilities management, that includes overseeing and owning questions and improvements that relate to physical security


• Ability to read technical drawings


• Knowledge of health & safety regulations


• Ability to manage construction and development projects


• Ability to write internal procedures in area of expertise

























• Fluent English and Estonian is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
