Directs and coordinates activities of employees engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines and equipment, and in maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems.
Responsibilities
Reviews job orders to determine work priorities.
Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation of machines and equipment to ensure continuous productive operations.
Directs maintenance activities on utility systems to provide continuous supply of heat, air, electricity, water, or gas required for operations.
Develops preventive maintenance program.
Reviews quality control and maintenance reports and statistics to play and modify maintenance activities.
Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.
Plans, develops, and implements new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials.
Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies required for operations.
Directs training of workers to improve work performance.
Assigns work duties; reviews work performance, recommends employee actions regarding hiring, promotions, performance, demotions, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Cover shifts in department as needed.
Responsible for the Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sensitive Key Control, Card Access and Non-Sensitive key Control audits to meet MS Gaming requirements as well as property Internal controls.
Maintains regular backups of all electronic systems and data.
Responsible for the Operational, Physical and maintenance requirements for the various electronic Key-control systems used on the property IE (Identi-pass, Key-Watcher, Key-Trak, Keri, Onity, Saflok etc.)
Continually improves on Electronic Key control policy and procedures.
Make recommendations, initiates, new technology regarding these systems.
Will occasionally receive, and respond to, emergency calls during non-shift hours.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years experience in facilities management; two years supervisory experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point; Microsoft Project a plus. Hands-on Experience in commercial HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Construction.
Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to climb, stoop, bend, kneel, crawl, reach.
Must be able to tolerate non-climate-controlled environments.
