All Sport Health & Fitness, a leading facility located in the heart of Dutchess County, is currently seeking a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Maintenance / Housekeeping Professional to support the daily operations of our state-of-the-art indoor facility and expansive outdoor park space in Fishkill, NY.
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This hands-on position requires proficiency in various trades and custodial tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for members and guests.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance and repairs across indoor and outdoor facilities.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout locker rooms, restrooms, studios, and common areas (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, etc.).
- Support facility readiness by assisting with event setup and breakdown.
- Ensure safety protocols and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with a multilingual team.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to member needs.
- Reports directly to the Facilities Director of Operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual candidates strongly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a skilled trade (building / facility maintenance and operations, light construction and pool maintenance and operations (a plus)
- Proficient in multiple trades. (Electrical, Carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping).
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- · Prior hands on / supervision in custodial & janitorial experience is highly desirable.
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:
- A permanent future schedule will include Sundays.
- Flexible availability is required, including:
- Weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Early mornings and late evenings
- Occasional overtime, especially during peak seasons
