Job Description:

Job Summary

Responsible for assisting in all daily functions of the facility including building maintenance, cleaning, minor repairs, and distribution of materials. Responds promptly to customer needs and requests for service and assistance. Ensures timely completion of assigned tasks to improve turnaround times. Maintains a safe, clean, and efficient environment. Supports overall facility operations through proactive and responsive service.

Essential Functions

• Moves offices, equipment, beds, and supplies as directed.

• Initiates purchase orders for supplies and equipment.

• Operates floor machines and vacuums to clean and polish floors.

• Mixes and applies chemical strippers to remove wax finishes from floors.

• Assists with scheduling and reviews team member checklists for completion.

• Reports maintenance needs and concerns to the appropriate personnel.

• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized environment by disinfecting and cleaning patient rooms, offices, hallways, and grounds.

• Follows infection control procedures to ensure safety for patients, families, and team members.

• Distributes stock, maintains inventory records, fills orders, and assists with daily security duties.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

All experience must be paid and in the same related field.

Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week.
