Location: 8525 Jefferson St. NE, Albuquerque, NM | Full-Time: Non-exempt, 40 or more hours per week | Pay: Starting from $30/hour, DOE | Schedule: Monday–Friday + rotating weekends, with some travel required | Benefits: PTO, 401(k) with match, health & disability insurance, gym discounts, and more!

We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Technician to join our Albuquerque team, ensuring our Dion’s and Tula’s locations are well-maintained and operating at their best. Position Overview:

As a Facilities Technician, you’ll take the lead on maintaining and repairing critical systems across multiple restaurant locations. You’ll be hands-on with HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing systems, helping prevent issues before they happen and solving problems when they arise. This role is ideal for someone who’s skilled in HVAC/small refrigeration, takes initiative, and works equally independently and as part of a team.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct regular inspections of restaurant facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and kitchen equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of all systems and equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

What you’ll need:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation. 
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance procedures. 
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. 
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam
