Facilities Technician

Iron Tee Golf is seeking Facilities Technicians to join our team. This position will be scheduled during nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the facility in excellent condition, including repairs, painting, and carpentry work.
• Regularly inspect, maintain, and repair equipment used in the facility, such as golf ball dispensers, and game screens.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure guest comfort.
• Repair and maintain plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, and water fountains, addressing any leaks or malfunctions promptly.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment, including lighting, outlets, and circuit breakers.
• Maintain and test safety systems, such as fire alarms, and emergency lighting, to ensure they are functioning correctly.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining audio-visual (AV) systems, including projectors, screens, sound systems, and video displays for events and entertainment. Address technical issues promptly to ensure seamless operation during guest activities and events.
• Maintain the exterior grounds, including landscaping, sidewalks, parking lots, and outdoor seating areas.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and safety hazards, taking proactive measures to address them.
• Be familiar with emergency procedures and assist in ensuring guest and staff safety during critical situations.
• Provide assistance to guests when needed, addressing any facility-related concerns or requests courteously.
• Keep tools and maintenance equipment in good working order, performing regular maintenance and repairs as necessary.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste, including recycling and hazardous materials, in accordance with regulations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the venue's dress code.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Familiarity with restaurant standards and hospitality.
• Good communication skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.
• Ability to stand for hours at a time, including maneuvering up and down stairs.
• Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at-a-time without assistance.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
