Position Overview:

We are currently hiring Facilities Technicians / Service Mechanics for field-based roles. This position is hands-on and in the field, with responsibilities spanning pressure washing, equipment and vehicle maintenance, compactor and HVAC cleaning, and other general facility services.

You’ll be working outdoors in various weather conditions and play a critical role in delivering high-quality service to our clients while ensuring our equipment and service vehicles remain in top shape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate pressure washing and service equipment to clean buildings, sidewalks, commercial vehicles, and facilities.


• Perform preventative maintenance and basic mechanical repairs on service equipment and vehicles.


• Complete service tasks such as compactor cleaning, HVAC cleaning, and other facility maintenance duties.


• Use mobile technology to log jobs, complete service tickets, and manage time and inventory.


• Troubleshoot on-site equipment and recommend/implement timely solutions.


• Perform safety inspections and ensure all tools, vehicles, and inventory are properly maintained.


• Interact professionally with customers, addressing any questions or concerns.


• Travel as needed for out-of-town jobs.

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 21 years


• License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record


• Must pass a criminal background check and E-Verify


• Must be able to lift 50–70 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods


• High school diploma or GED required


• Mechanically inclined with proficiency in power tools and basic repairs


• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions


• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills


• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to different job sites


• DOT Medical Card preferred (we’ll provide training if needed)


• Welding, fabrication, or ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
