Facilities/Maintenance

Hefty Seed Company is a progressive, rapidly growing agriculture retailer that is hiring for our facilities maintenance crew. 

We are looking for someone with the ability to follow instructions and complete tasks as given by the Facility Manager. There are a wide range of projects involving site maintenance, being involved with the company’s fleet (vehicles, forklifts, ATV’s, etc.), facility grounds, dealing with various contractors, and various troubleshooting that arises from day-to-day operations. This candidate must be responsible, possess a positive attitude every day, work independently at times, and work varied hours as necessary during the work week. Some occasion overnights and Saturdays will be asked. Will train as needed.

Reports to: Maintenance Lead/Project Supervisor and Safety Coordinator
