Facility Coordinator *

Under the direction of the Construction & Prefab Superintendent and with safety, efficiency, and customer service a priority, the tool and equipment coordinator is accountable to oversee the overall shop operations.. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain tool and tool management software


• Fill in as truck driver as needed – must be able to drive a stake body truck


• Perform facilities maintenance duties such as cleanliness and up-keep


• Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of job site logistics


• Receive and set up material and equipment at the shop


• Coordinate snow removal


• Tool maintenance and repair


• Building maintenance task as assigned


• Work with the team to schedule deliveries


• Facilitate calls from the field for tool request and delivery


• Vehicle fleet maintenance

Requirements:

• Commitment to safety protocols and practices.


• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.


• Attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions accurately.


• Possess your OSHA 1 Certification.


• Preferred experience in facilities and shop maintenance
