Job Summary

The Facility Maintenance role is responsible for performing general facility and equipment maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and supporting warehouse upkeep to ensure safe and efficient pharmaceutical operations. This Facility Maintenance position supports both building systems and warehouse functions in a production-focused environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must pass a 10-panel drug test, including THC
• Must pass an extensive background check
• Cannot wear jewelry or have piercings while working
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand and power tools
• Experience with general facility maintenance preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform simple repairs
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Key Responsibilities

The Facility Maintenance role includes the following duties:

• Perform routine facility maintenance including minor plumbing, painting, door hardware, and HVAC filter replacement
• Assist with basic maintenance and troubleshooting of production machinery and equipment
• Use hand and power tools to complete repairs and preventative maintenance tasks
• Maintain building cleanliness through routine janitorial duties such as sweeping, dusting, and floor care
• Support warehouse organization, including rotating palletized inventory using FIFO procedures
• Monitor building, grounds, and parking areas to identify and address maintenance needs proactively
