Job Description - Facility Maintenance

Work Days: Monday Through Friday (Possible Weekends)

Work Hours: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

Job Purpose: Serves customers by providing maintenance services in the following areas:

Service Duties:

Janitorial

Window Cleaning.

Pressure Washing.

Metal Maintenance

Grounds Keeping

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

Employment Requirements:

Drivers License is desired but not required

Willing to submit to criminal background check and drug test

Willing to work in both day and evening shifts.

Willing to work on weekends

Willing to submit to background
