Job Description - Facility Maintenance Assistant

Responsibilities:

Assist with exterior grounds keeping

General janitorial duties

Cleaning and restocking of breakrooms and offices

Operate floor cleaning machine

Empty trash

Other cleaning duties as needed

Qualifications:

Ability to stand and walk constantly throughout daily activities

Must pass drug screen and background check and have reliable transportation

A strong work ethic

The ability to work alone or within a team is a must
