Job Description - Facility Maintenance Tech

Facility Maintenance Tech (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Houston, TX 77073
Shift: 40-50 hours per week, Some weekends as needed
Pay: Starting at $25 DOE
Candidate should possess experience in the following:
Welding

Mig/ Stick - Doesn't need to be Certified.
Grinding
Torch & Plasma Cutting

Electrical

Single Phase 120 VAC Wiring
Bending Conduit
Wire a 120VAC Light Switch
Single Pole
3 Way
4 Way
Wire a 120VAC Wall Outlet
Install a 1 Phase 240VAC Appliance Outlet with proper thermal protection.

Heavy Machinery

Forklift
Articulated / Scissor Lifts
Work at Height

Plumbing

Hoses, Copper, PEX, PVC, etc.…
Pressure Washing
Residential Painting

HVAC

experience with compressors

Must pass background check and drug screening
